• 5 lb. bananas
  • 2 lb. NILLA Wafers, chopped
  • 10 lb. vanilla ice cream, regular or soft serve
  • 3 lb. Pre-whipped heavy cream, optional
  • 10 oz. coconut, shredded sweetened, toasted
  • 40 maraschino cherries


  1. For  each serving: Cut 1/2 of 1 banana into slices.
  2. Place  1/3 cup chopped wafers in sundae dish. Top with layers of half the banana slices, 1-1/2 cups ice cream, remaining banana slices, 1/2 cup whipped topping and 1 Tbsp. coconut. Top with cherry. Serve immediately.
  3. Make Ahead

    Ice cream and chopped wafers can be portioned out ahead of time in dessert cups or dishes; freeze until ready to use. Add toppings as directed just before serving.
