  • 4 oz. fennel bulb, shaved
  • 1-4/5 oz. orange segments
  • 1 oz. arugula
  • 1 oz. chopped walnuts, toasted
  • -2/5 oz. goat cheese, sliced into 3 pieces
  • 3 each fennel fronds
  • 4 each RITZ Crackers

    Orange Vinaigrette:
  1. Mix  orange juice, vinegar, salt and pepper. Whisk in oil gradually until emulsified.
  2. Salad:
  3. Toss  fennel, oranges, arugula and walnuts with Orange Vinaigrette. Place in serving bowl.
  4. Top  with cheese slices. Top each slice with a fennel frond. Serve with RITZ Crackers.
