• 2 lb. ground turkey
  • 3 oz. onions, chopped
  • 3 oz. green peppers, chopped
  • 2 chili powder
  • 1 ground cumin
  • 3 lb. Canned red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
  • 2 lb. Canned diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 lb. fat-free spicy sweet French dressing


  1. Cook  turkey, onion and green pepper in large stockpot on low heat until turkey is cooked through, stirring frequently.
  2. Stir  in chili powder and cumin. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add  beans, tomatoes with liquid and dressing; mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. TIP

    Add 1 qt. leftover cooked macaroni to chili just before serving; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
