Avocado Dill Dip with NABISCO ENTERTAINMENT Wheat Crackers

  • 1 lb. sour cream
  • 12 oz. avocados, peeled, pitted
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 oz. mayonnaise
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 oz. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1-1/2 oz. green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 oz. capers
  • 160 each NABISCO Entertainment Wheat Crackers


  • Process  all ingredients except onions, capers and crackers in food processor, using pulsing action, until well blended.
  • Transfer  to bowl; stir in onions and capers. Refrigerate up to 8 hours.
  • Plate  2 Tbsp. dip with 5 crackers for each serving.
