  • 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb. goat cheese
  • 12 oz. yellow or white onions, chopped
  • 8 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 16 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 oz. hot sauce
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • 4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 4 oz. green onions, sliced
  • 2 lb. RITZ Crackers

DIRECTIONS

  1. Process  all ingredients except green onions in food processor until well blended. Stir in green onions.
  2. Spoon  into a piping bag and pipe onto RITZ crackers.
  3. Garnish  each with a tiny sprig of parsley.
  4. Substitute

    Prepare using Neufchatel Cheese.
