  • 6-1/4 oz. all-purpose flour
  • 3 oz. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 6-1/4 oz. unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 lb. granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 oz. water
  • 5-1/2 oz. OREO Small Cookie Pieces

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sift  first 4 ingredients; set aside.
  2. Cream  butter and sugar with electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each. Mix in water until blended. Add dry ingredients all at once. Mix on low speed until incorporated, scraping side of bowl once.
  3. Using  #40 scoop, portion 0.75 oz. batter into each of 50 paper-lined mini muffin pans. Sprinkle with OREO Pieces.
  4. Bake  in 350°F standard oven 18 to 20 min. or until wooden pick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool completely on wire racks.
  5. Make Ahead:

    Brownie bites can be made ahead of time. Prepare as directed, cool completely and freeze up to 1 month. Bring to room temperature before serving.
