  1. Place  bacon on rack in sheet pan. Bake in 325°F standard oven 25 to 30 min. or until deep golden brown.
  2. Meanwhile,  whisk remaining ingredients until smooth. Remove bacon from oven and brush both sides with SOUR PATCH mixture. Bake an additional 5 min. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Serve  several pieces in a parchment paper-lined cone as an appetizer to share.
