Caramelized Onion Dip with RITZ Crackers

1 lb. yellow onions, diced
2 oz. olive oil
2 oz. butter
2 lb. sour cream
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. mayonnaise
4 oz. buttermilk
6 oz. Dijon mustard
2 oz. green onions, chopped
2 fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 oz. lemon juice
2 minced garlic
2 Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Hot Sauce
1 onion powder
1 salt
240 each RITZ Crackers
DIRECTIONS
Saute
yellow onions in oil and butter in heavy saute pan on low heat 10 min. or until onions are tender. Remove from heat; cool.
Use
pulsing action to process all remaining ingredients except crackers in food processor until well blended. Stir in onions. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Plate
2 Tbsp. dip with 5 crackers for each serving.
Make Ahead
Dip can be stored in refrigerator up to 2 days.
