  • 1 lb. yellow onions, diced
  • 2 oz. olive oil
  • 2 oz. butter
  • 2 lb. sour cream
  • 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. mayonnaise
  • 4 oz. buttermilk
  • 6 oz. Dijon mustard
  • 2 oz. green onions, chopped
  • 2 fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • 2 minced garlic
  • 2 Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. Hot Sauce
  • 1 onion powder
  • 1 salt
  • 240 each RITZ Crackers

DIRECTIONS

  1. Saute  yellow onions in oil and butter in heavy saute pan on low heat 10 min. or until onions are tender. Remove from heat; cool.
  2. Use  pulsing action to process all remaining ingredients except crackers in food processor until well blended. Stir in onions. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  3. Plate  2 Tbsp. dip with 5 crackers for each serving.
  4. Make Ahead

    Dip can be stored in refrigerator up to 2 days.
