DIRECTIONS

  1. For  each serving: Fill 2 cookies with 1/2 cup (#8 scoop)ice cream to make ice cream sandwich. Roll edge in 1 Tbsp. sprinkles.
  2. Wrap  in plastic wrap or place in covered container. Freeze until ready to serve.
  3. Note

    This is a great way to avoid waste. Prepare ice cream sandwiches using the soft-serve remaining in the machine at the end of the day.
