  • 10-1/2 oz. all-purpose flour
  • 8 oz. granulated sugar, divided
  • 1/2 oz. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 10 oz. whole milk
  • 2-3/4 oz. whole eggs
  • 2 oz. butter, melted
  • 3-1/2 oz. OREO Pieces-Medium

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sift  flour, 2 oz. sugar, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl. Whisk milk and eggs in separate bowl until well blended; add to dry ingredients. Mix slightly. Add butter; mix until well combined. Gently fold in OREO Pieces. DO NOT OVER MIX.
  2. For each serving:
  3. Use  #70 scoop to portion 3 scoops batter into 370°F deep fryer. Cook 2 min. or until golden brown. Drain. Roll fritters in 10g of the remaining sugar. Serve warm. (Repeat as needed for each 3-fritter serving.)
  4. Note:

    Frying time and temperature may need to be adjusted, depending on the deep fryer.
