  • 3 lb. prepared yeast donut dough
  • 6 oz. granulated sugar
  • 6 oz. OREO Base Cake
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 25 oz. caramel sauce
  • 25 oz. chocolate sauce

  1. Stir  OREO Pieces into dough. Allow to bulk ferment as directed on package.
  2. Divide  dough into 1-oz. pieces, rounding edges to form "bites". Proof until doubled in size.
  3. Combine  sugar, OREO Base Cake and cinnamon in large shallow pan.
  4. Deep  fry donut bites in 375°F oil 3 min.; drain well. Toss in sugar mixture while still warm. Serve 2 donut bites with 1 oz. each sauce for dipping.
  5. Serving Suggestion:

    Serve warm donuts in small bag filled with sugar mixture, so guests can add coating as desired.
