  • 2 tsp. SOUR PATCH KIDS Bitz Medium Chopped Candy Pieces, divided
  •   SOUR PATCH Glaze
  • 1 lb. vanilla fondant icing
  • 2-1/2 oz. SOUR PATCH KIDS Red Berry Variegate
  • 1 each (2.75 oz.) plain yeast donut

DIRECTIONS

    For Cotton Candy:
  1. Make  cotton candy using a machine. As you are removing the cotton candy from the machine, sprinkle 1 tsp. of the candy pieces into the cotton candy. Shape mixture into a ball.
  2. For SOUR PATCH Glaze:
  3. Mix  fondant icing and variegate until well blended. Dip top of donut into mixture. Transfer to wire rack. (Cover remaining Glaze for use with other donuts.)
  4. Sprinkle  donut with remaining 1 tsp. chopped candy pieces. Place cotton candy in the center of the donut. Let icing become firm before serving.
