  • 2 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 oz. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 oz. diced pimientos
  • 1/4 tsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/16 tsp. onion powder
  • 8 each NABISCO ENTERTAINMENT Water Crackers
  • 4 each NABISCO ENTERTAINMENT Poppyseed Pepper Crackers
  • 4 each NABISCO ENTERTAINMENT Vegetable Crackers
  • 4 each NABISCO ENTERTAINMENT Wheat Crackers

DIRECTIONS

  1. Process  all ingredients, except crackers, in food processor until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. For  each serving: Spread 2 Tbsp. cheese spread onto small serving plate. Serve with 2 Water and 1 each of the Poppyseed Pepper, Wheat, and Vegetable Crackers.
  3. Serving Suggestion:

    Serve topped with arugula salad and toasted hazelnuts.
