• 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 lb. OREO Small Cookie Pieces
  • 1 lb. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted


  1. Beat  cream cheese in large mixing bowl fitted with paddle attachment on medium-low speed until creamy. Add OREO Pieces; mix well.
  2. Scoop  mixture into 120 (1-inch) balls. Roll balls between palms of hands until round. Dip in chocolate.
  3. Place  in single layer on parchment-lined sheet pans. Refrigerate until firm.
  4. Variation - Raspberry Truffles

    Prepare cream cheese mixture as directed. Stir in 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves. Roll into balls as directed; place in parchment-lined sheet pans. Refrigerate 20 min. before dipping into melted chocolate and continuing as directed.

    Special Extra

    Prepare truffles as directed. Drizzle with melted white chocolate, or sprinkle with additional OREO Pieces, finely chopped nuts or colored sprinkles before refrigerating as directed.
