Yogurt & Melon Parfait with BELVITA Breakfast Biscuits

  • 9 oz. BELVITA Blueberry Breakfast Biscuits, crushed
  • 3-3/4 lb. vanilla low-fat Greek-style yogurt
  • 2-1/2 oz. honey
  • 1 oz. lemon zest
  • 2-1/2 oz. chopped pecans
  • 10 oz. honeydew melon, small dice


  • Combine  yogurt, honey and lemon zest. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Layer  half each of the biscuit crumbs, nuts and melon in 10 (8-oz.) glasses; top with scoops of half the yogurt mixture. Repeat layers.
  • Refrigerate  until ready to serve.

Recipe Tips

SubstitutionUse cantaloupe in place of the honeydew melon.

VariationToast pecans, if desired.
