• 3/4 oz. thinly sliced banana bread, made in mini loaf pan
  • 3 scoops (#16) vanilla ice cream (9 oz.)
  • 1 banana (3 oz.), horizontally sliced in half
  • 2 oz. chocolate sauce
  • 1-1/2 oz. OREO Medium Cookie Pieces
  • 1 oz. whipped cream

  1. Dry  banana bread slices on baking sheet in 300°F standard oven 15 to 20 min. or until crisp. Cool; set aside.
  2. When  ready to serve, place ice cream scoops in banana split dish. Place 1 banana half on each side of ice cream. Top each scoop with chocolate sauce and OREO Pieces. Arrange bread slices on either end of dish; top with whipped cream.
  3. TIP:

    Substitute caramel or butterscotch sauce for the chocolate sauce.
