Pecan Pie made with OREO Cookie Pieces

  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 2-3/4 oz. butter, melted
  • 9-3/4 oz. light corn syrup
  • 2-3/4 oz. light brown sugar
  • 2-1/4 oz. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3-1/2 oz. whole pecans
  • 2 oz. OREO Medium Cookie Pieces
  • 1 par-baked 9-inch pie crust


  • Whisk  eggs and butter in large bowl. Add next 5 ingredients; whisk until combined.
  • Place  nuts and cookie pieces in bottom of pie crust. Pour in egg mixture.
  • Place  pie in 400°F standard oven. Immediately reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Bake 40 to 50 min. or until internal temperature registers 165°F. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
